Blaze Pizza

Went several times already with my family. So glad it's close to home and in many ways I think it tastes better than mod. It's a build your own pizza, so you can add as many or as little toppings as you want with plenty of options. They have lots to choose from, along with different types of crusts, including gluten free. (Haven't tried it yet though). They also have simple pizzas that cost less than the build your own, if you only want something like just cheese, or one topping. And shout out to Wilmer who was the one that helped us the last two times we've gone. He was super friendly and helpful. We went when it wasn't too busy, and when we ordered the dessert cinnamon bread, he offered to make it after we were finished with our main pizzas so we could enjoy it right out of the oven. It was sooo good! Thanks Wilmer!

We love Blaze and we’re super excited to get one here in cypress! We are gluten -free and they have the absolute BEST GF pizza. Wilmer is awesome and is so friendly and attentive, even remembering us when we come in.

Fresh ingredients, delicious pizza, super clean restaurant, but the most outstanding compliments I can give are on the customer service here! My daughter has a severe gluten allergy, and each time we come, the employees consistently show great consideration to making sure there is no cross-contamination. Wilmer, in particular, is outstanding! He uses clean, dedicated utensils & gloves each time to make sure her pizza is completely gluten free and even lets us know that he sets out a fresh pizza cutter for her pizza, before we even ask. Finding restaurants we feel truly ensure her food is gluten free and are attentive of every detail from start to finish is rare. We appreciate Wilmer and this Blaze location for all they do and highly recommend them!!
