I have been dealing with a gluten allergy for more than 10 years. A lot of pizza shops sell gluten free pizza but all of it is frozen shells. This is the first pizza I've had that is gluten free dough from scratch. Yes, it was really thin but people with an allergy like mine understand that's as good as it gets right now. Blaze Pizza is as good as it gets for gluten free pizza right now. I will be back a few times each week. And it's a 20 mile drive for me. Service and cleanliness also get high marks. Also entire family enjoyed their pizzas.
