Blaze Pizza

We came in for one of your Gluten Free (gluten sensitive) pies. We had heard rave reviews from family...I was ready to taste the normal "GF" recipe of cardboard pizza crust. I was AMAZED by the quality of the crust, toppings, options!! My "server" took great care making a safe place for not only creating, cooking, but also serving our pizza. I can usually eat 1 slice, but this time I finished 2 slices. If I had more room I would have chowed down more...Great job! We will return!

I went yesterday to get a gluten free pizza for my son who is a celiac. I've been here before and dealt with other employees that were great and took my request serious. The employees that were there 2/23/24 around 7pm were not the best. The cashier told the young man preparing the pizzas that for my order he had to get the ingredients from the bottom to avoid cross contamination. To that young man please know I did not appreciate your attitude and being dismissing of my requests. Once I saw he attempted to add the sauce from the counter I reminded him to please get it from somewhere else to avoid cross contamination. He didn't listen. He then proceeded to add the cheese that was right next to a container with croutons. Again, I repeated to please not use that cheese he responded "I'm getting the cheese from the bottom of the tray." Him moving the "top" cheese to get to the bottom is a risk. He nor any other employee listening or cared. I'm not a confrontational personal so I let it go paid for the pizza threw it away. It's very disappointing and frustrating how employees get an attitude to assist with an allergy/ celiac request. This is not a choice, employees need to have better awareness of how serious this is.
