Would you eat this raw gluten-free pizza? Me neither. I brought it home to cook it further because they couldn’t at the restaurant despite having an oven. Their (begrudging) solution was to make an entirely new trash pizza which I politely declined. I took my $20 raw pizza home and am currently trying to air/fry bake it. Updates later. Update: cooking an extra 10 minutes at 450 at home fully cooked the crust which should’ve been done at the store. It’s much crispier, though only slightly more brown, and doesn’t taste, look and feel like raw dough in the middle anymore. Edible at best.

Ordered two pizzas online, one regular and one gluten free. (I am allergic to gluten) My name was on both boxes so I had no reason to check before leaving. Once I got home I realized I was given two regular pizzas and not a gluten free one. I called and spoke to Neil, the manager and was told I would be getting a refund the next morning. It's been 4 days and I have yet to receive anything.

Firstly, we come here every time when we visit Amherst, the food is good not so much everything else. I am celiac, a pain in the backside for me, as is for everyone preparing food for me. I like coming here as the GF base is pretty good. What I don't like is being "hurried along" I get it was a Saturday night and there is a line, but why or why do they keep asking "what else" when you can't even see what there is as they are asking whilst a few other people are ahead of you blocking the view of the ingredients? This is not making the line go any faster!!!! In fact my husband was getting madder and madder to the point of making a scene (he never makes a scene). After making the pizza they put it on a really disgustingly dirty prep table which was heavily covered in flour and bits of pizza toppings,my pizza slid off into the pile of flour which went all over the edge of my GF pizza!!!! My husband shouted that GF pizza just flew into the flour and the guy shouted "no it didn't" What??? we just watched you do it! For crying out loud! All the staff looked dishevelled as did the whole seating area and drinks area. The place always looks like it needs a good clean especially the food prep areas. Luckily, I wasn't as sick as I could've been after eating it, as they say especially being a celiac "You pay your money and you take your chance" All I can say is I'm not sure how many of the staff passed their ServSafe Food Handler course? Needless to say we didn't leave a tip and we always leave a tip! This action in itself earned us a "scowl" from the staff member working the till.
