Blaze Pizza

This place is so cool. You get to choose your toppings as well as gluten free or regular crust. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Your pizza comes out quickly after being in a brick oven and is bright to your table. Great place for the kids and for the money it's well worth it

Terrific variety of pizza including non-gluten. We opted for the Disney Springs location that had ample seating, inside & out. I recommend ordering ahead on the app, as the order line at Disney Springs is usually long.

A disaster! They say they have a gluten free menu but they prepare it for you with the same ingredients that the rest use. They also put it in the same oven as all the gluten-free pizzas they prepare. Apart from the fact that at no time do they identify it as gluten free to be more careful, this is how another person took our pizzas and made us wait more than 40 minutes. I wonder, do you know what it's really like when someone asks for gluten free? Do you know about cross contamination? Do you know what a disease is? A shame.
