Blaze Pizza

I got the gluten free pizza here and on a scale of 1-10 I rate it an 7.5. Crush could have been thinker and they should have piled the toppings on a little heavier but all in all it was good

It's the best pizza I've had in a long time. I have a dairy allergy. Their vegan cheese is really good. Mary handled my allergy well. She changed gloves and got the salt and oregano from a non communal container. Highly recommend if you have food allergies. My husband has a gluten allergy, and liked their gf cauli crust.

This is my go to pizza spot. Think Subway, but with pizza. pick your dough, all your toppings, and then in 5 minutes you have a piping hot pizza just the way you want it. They have several types of cheese, tons of meats and veggies to choose from, and you get an 11" pizza for a pretty decent price. Everything is super quick from the time you enter to the time you get your food. The Blood Orange Lemonade is one of my favorites. I have 3 complaints. 1.) they don't have the multiple aqua fresca flavors anymore, 2.) They no longer have straws, basically now you get a sippy cup lid. 3.) The place is loud!! You can barely hear yourself think in there! They need to put some acoustic panels on the walls. Still thought, I will endure the decibels and drink my Blood Orange Lemonade from a sippy cup while getting 3rd degree burns on the top of my mouth (because I am too impatient to wait even a few more minutes for this amazing pizza!) If you haven't tried it , go. They also have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.
