I've gotten pizza here probably dozens of times for lunch during my work break and love the options (particularly gluten-free crust and the sauce being optional) and the consistency of the preparation time (it's always ready no later than 15 minutes after an online order). However, they've gotten my pickup order wrong at least 3 times. The once I noticed in time to go back in, they were very accommodating and immediately offered to make a whole new pizza - but I was only missing a topping and didn't have time to wait, so I asked for a cup of pineapple to put on myself and that worked fine. Today, though, I ordered no sauce (as usual, I hate tomato sauce) and instead I got tomato sauce and no mozzarella...I love this place, but I definitely feel like I have to open the box to double check that the pizza matches the order slip before leaving now.
