Thank You! The girl with amazing arms tattoos gave me the best service I've ever had at Blaze. She took my Gluten free allergy seriously and went out of her way to take extra steps to make sure the food was safe which was different than the normal routine. Can she have a raise? Seriously.

They offer gluten free dough which you would think would be a simple request, asked for gluten free, was told it was no problem and then my celiac Girlfriend got a non gluten free pizza. Don't offer something if your employees can't be bothered to swap their gloves and make something for someone who can't have gluten. I guess at least they gave us a full refund but she proceeded to vomit all night and have gastrointestinal pain so I guess we won't be coming back now.
