Blazin' Mongolian BBQ

This is a Mongolian BBQ, meaning you move through a buffet selecting frozen meat (including beef, chicken, seafood, and pork), a wide variety of veggies, and 3 types of noodles. Then you create your sauce from a solid variety of ingredients (soy, ginger, garlic, wine, teriyaki, etc...) and bring it to the person manning the grill (like a huge flat-top wok) who expertly grills it all together into an amazing entree. They also have rice, won-tons, and finishers like peanuts to add after grilling. They can easily accommodate gluten-free and food allergies (just let them know what you need when you pay at the front of the buffet). They have a separate grill they use for this to avoid contamination. This is a fun place to eat, reasonably priced for the quality of the food, and comfortable to socialize while you grub. First time here and it was great! Lots of delicious gluten free options. Rosa was so sweet and very helpful- answering our questions about the menu and checking on noodles for me (the rice noodles are SO good!) She even made sure to have the cook clean the grill and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Definitely recommend this place for a fun date night!
