Shout out to Blazing Onion and their entire staff. I'm gluten and dairy free...I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun, no butter and no cheese...a bit later, staff came out and asked if I have an allergy (I do). They informed me the onions that go on the burger are soaked in buttermilk plus, they let me know the sauce and seasoning they use has gluten. Considering it was pretty busy, I am very grateful that the staff paid attention to my order and double checked with me so I could eat more safely. It all was delicious. And now I know they actually have a gluten free menu. (Should have asked when we got there duh).

Tried to order from their GF menu and it's weird. I have celiac and happen to be vegetarian, so I wanted an impossible burger on a GF bun... but they don't have the impossible burger on their GF menu, and they don't have GF buns on their regular menu, so I could not place the order.
