We were in the area dropping off family at DFW and I was craving sushi! I have a gluten allergy so I was searching for a place that could accommodate. We came across Bleu Bear and it did not disappoint! They have a separate gluten free menu and even gf soy sauce! My fiancé does not have to eat gf and he loved everything he ordered as well. He recommends the hot sake! They have music playing inside and the lights dimmed. There are also a few TVs for you to enjoy while you’re dining. Lastly, there is a good size patio for you to enjoy during the cooler weather!

Great quality, excellent atmosphere. Business associate is gluten intolerant; staff did a great job accomodating her needs, especially after only mentioning it one time. Prices were reasonable, presentation was great.
