Bleu Bear Sushi, Bedford, TX

I went right when they opened and explained that I have celiac disease. They have a separate gluten free menu. And they do use jigger for their drinks so make sure to mention to wash them before( we were the first customers so I didnt even bother) I ordered the plum blossom drink it was AMAZING!!! The best thing about this was their service and the chef came out to my table and asked if I had celiac disease.

We were in the area dropping off family at DFW and I was craving sushi! I have a gluten allergy so I was searching for a place that could accommodate. We came across Bleu Bear and it did not disappoint! They have a separate gluten free menu and even gf soy sauce! My fiancé does not have to eat gf and he loved everything he ordered as well. He recommends the hot sake! They have music playing inside and the lights dimmed. There are also a few TVs for you to enjoy while you’re dining. Lastly, there is a good size patio for you to enjoy during the cooler weather!
