As a celiac, I'm thankful for Bliss Bee. They are knowledgeable about cross contamination & I have never experiencd celiac related symptoms after eating there. There are many choices for gluten free foods that are tasty! Their Lil' Vegetable options are my favorite! Especially the Lil' Beet.
