Bliss Caffeine Bar

Bliss Caffeine Bar never fails to exceed expectation. Bliss was the ideal choice to host a social event for our local research conference (private event with 100 people). Jenna made the entire planning and social event stress free. Her and the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Myself and a few other attendees have celiac disease or follow a gluten free diet and while they cannot promise cross contamination, Jenna went above and beyond and picked up rice crackers for the charcuterie boards (separate from the gluten free crackers). The food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented. The venue is a first-floor level with no stair making it accessible for those with physical limitations. Thank you, Jenna and the Bliss Staff, for making our social event a success!

So delicious, we ate here twice in one weekend while visiting Halifax! The first time we had the bliss brekkie and the sunriser sandwich. Both were delicious. The basil Parmesan potatoes are incredible! The next time we had the passionfruit parfait and the mango smoothie bowl. Again, super yummy. We forgot to get photos of the bliss brekkie and sunriser but did remember to get photos of the parfait and smoothie bowl! The only negative was that there were no gluten free bread options available for my husband, who has an intolerance. Would definitely recommend a brunch reservation as it was quite busy when we arrived for our 11:00AM reservation on a Saturday.
