This place is excellent for people with gluten allergies. With Celiac disease, there are very few restaurants I feel safe eating at, but Blissful spoon and their night time restaurant Papillon are my GO TO places for trustworthy gluten free food. Everyone should check out Papillon, same location, Thursday-Saturday nights for dinner. Highly recommend this delicious Moroccan food with excellent staff.

Highly recommend. A much needed “special” breakfast spot in Bend!! Yes, we definitely have some good “traditional style” places in town but… this place offers a fresh, upscale, more modern approach for a Breakfast/Brunch place. Lovely offerings to choose from like Avocado or Mushroom Toast on homemade Brioche. Tempting takes on waffles and several varieties of quiche. There was also a Shakshouka that looked amazing. Most can even be made Vegan, Vegetarian, and there are gluten free options. The coffee drinks were above average. The service was stellar. Mason was professional, courteous and very informative with options in the menu. Just wish it didn’t take us so long to try this place. Thank you Blissfull Spoon!!!

So many amazing things about this place! The shakshuka is one of my favorite dishes, in town. The homemade breads and pastries, you wouldn’t even realize they were gluten free if no one told you. But the lesser known thing, is they reopen for dinner under the name Papillon. We had some hummus with the fluffiest pita on earth, an amazing focaccia you’d swear had gluten. Then the duck leg. It was so delicate it genuinely seemed to melt in my mouth. Finished with the sticky date cake. Beautiful night. The chef is just really talented, and brings flavors you don’t find everywhere, in Bend. Also, with my wife’s dietary restrictions, it’s one of the few places she can eat safely, which we appreciate.
