I feel totally safe eating here. they staff is incredibly knowledgeable and the food is delicious. it's upscale cafeteria style and on weekends it can be more than 30 minute wait for food after you order. plan accordingly if you're eating before a show.

Burgers are really tasty and creative. Seitan is really filling and it turns out to be a common Chinese food made with gluten. The price is really reasonable.

In town for BH meeting. Unfortunately gluten-free so was a bit restricted but still quite a few options. Got the 1/3 burger on GF bun and GF Omaha poutine. Service was good and very friendly. Seating is first come; first serve but pretty quick turnover. I marked down the food rating just because I thought the burger really was nothing special. Talking to other people, it seems their food that didn't have GF options is better tho so I don't think it would be fair to deduct a star overall. Cool place and I would recommend
