Bloom is a vegan sushi restaurant. Sushi refers to the rice. They have a few familiar rolls, such as futomaki and cucumber. However, many of their rolls are more unusual. We couldn't decide what to order, so we went with the sushi dinner for 2. The food was plentiful and delicious, and could have served 3. We started with miso soup and edame, then salad, and finally the sushi. They were able to accommodate a gluten allergy. Decor was beautiful, from the rough stone walls, to the wood furniture and understated lighting.
