Bloome by Sasha, just steps from the Sagrada Familia, is an absolute gem: a gluten-free brunch near the Sagrada Familia. A true find for anyone looking for gluten-free options. Every dish was incredibly delicious and lovingly prepared—a feast for the eyes and palate. The ambiance is inviting, and the service team is attentive and warm. An all-around wonderful experience—we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Incredible gluten free menu! Never even heard of activated charcoal bread but it was rich and tasty. Matcha pancakes were so delicious like a dessert. This NYC based GF foodie was very impressed with the menu and flavors!
