Blossom Bakery

Since my wife developed an intolerance to dairy and gluten she has Not been able to find let alone enjoy a good cake since which has always made birthdays that little less fun not being able to have her favourite Victoria sponge. Them this year I stumbled across Blossom Bakery on line, amazing and prompt service ordered the Victoria sponge And to be honest with was not sure how it would come out or taste given our experience with dairy and gluten free cakes in the past. Well I can confirm it looked amazing and just like the pictures and the taste was amazing and I certainly could Not tell the difference In my wife’s words That cake is sooooo good, Blossom Bakery definitely deliver on quality and taste and will be going back for all our cakes from now on and can’t recommend highly enough as it is certainly not an easy task to make a Good gluten and dairy free anything let alone Victoria sponge

Ordered the gluten free lemon meringue cake and it was great! Helen was quick to respond to the request and made a fantastic cake, will definitely use again!

Helen made a lovely gluten free chocolate cake and was enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend Helen if you are coeliac as everything she made was gluten free, even the chocolates on the top.
