Blue Corn Tacos

Blue corn tacos catered our wedding this past weekend and they did an absolutely outstanding job! The food was fantastic, all of our guests were raving, and the staff were friendly, kind and accommodating. They were happy to provide vegan and gluten free options as well. My husband’s family is from Mexico so we wanted to find some authentic Mexican food and tacos and Blue Corn absolutely nailed it. We couldn’t thank you guys enough!

Stopped in here because the Cat Cafe in Loveland was too expensive ($60 just for my family of five to get in the door), and wanted something that caters to my gluten intolerance. I saw blue corn and taco, and knew I was in for a treat. I started with their fresh blue corn chips with a great salsa and guacamole, and then they were kind enough to make a burrito with the blue corn tortillas for no upcharge. I had the smothered chicken burrito and found the filling hot, fresh, and flavorful. My family enjoyed different dishes from regular burritos to quesadillas, and even a salad, and we all left impressed. Do yourself a favor, stop in, fill your hungry belly with great food, and support your local business. You won't be disappointed with this place, and the price was great, too.
