Blue Cow Grille

We were visiting from out of town & stopped in to have lunch at Blue Cow Grille. We were drawn here from reading other reviews & because they had gluten-free options & I have an allergy. We were extremely pleased! I got the Henny Penny on a gluten-free bun & it was delicious! It had a great flavor & the chicken was really tender. The other three people in our party each got cheeseburgers with french fries & chips & liked those a lot. Our waitress was very attentive & nice. We dined outside. We will definitely come back next time we are in town!

This place had it all. Been staying in Oak Island and Southport for a few days, and this place was one of the best. I got a cheeseburger with bacon and a fried egg and it was incredible. My wife got the rocket tacos. We are both gluten-free and the bread was so good. Our server was very knowledgeable about allergies, and she was very friendly as well. Would highly recommend stopping by here if you’re staying in the area.
