Blue Dog Craft Barbecue

First time at the Joinery with my Dad & this was the best gluten free option. Everyone was pleasant & helpful. Dad had the Brisket sandwich with beef tallow fries. I had the beef brisket with a double side collard greens. The mustard BBQ was yummy. Absolutely delicious!

We were camping and we wanted to visit a local place. I am usually very limited on what I can eat due to be gluten free. I am always scared about calling and asking about gluten free options. I essentially put my health in someone else’s hands and if they are wrong, I am sick for days. I called and spoke to max. He was wonderful and put my nerves at ease. He was very knowledgeable about his ingredients, so we ventured over. I am so glad we did. The space is so cute. The wait staff was wonderful and the girl that checked me out was also knowledgeable about gluten. The food was wonderful and we had a great experience. Thank you so much for allowing me (and my family) to go out for dinner and know I was safe.
