Blue Gill Quality Food

Amazing experience. We are here for NYE dinner and it was perfect. For some weird reason, it wasn’t very busy, which we loved. But based on our experience, we shouldn’t have have been able to get a seat that night. The food was impeccable. Absolutely delicious and thoughtfully made. Incredibly accommodating to our gluten and dairy allergies. Even with the allergy limitations, we had a lot of options. Service was excellent. Attentive but not overbearing. A 10 out of 5 experience. It was a little hard to figure out how to get to them but now that we know, we will be regulars!

The J Hillis Miller Health Center Gift Shop, Inc., a non-profit organization, scheduled its annual business meeting and luncheon in "The Barn" in November, after years of preparing "pot luck" luncheons ourselves or having our luncheon catered in our business meeting space. We were most pleased with the guidance provided by Liz for our menu selections, especially the flexibility Blue Gill Quality Foods offers for gluten-free and vegetarian options. We arrived with everything arranged as planned. We were able to hold our business meeting followed by a delicious lunch that was served efficiently and quietly. We had time to relax and enjoy the occasion without having to do the work ourselves. We appreciated Liz's prompt communication and attention to details in planning and carrying out this event.
