Blue ginger has been my go to takeout and sit in restaurant for the past 3 years. The new menu has some good choices but the quality of some dishes has not met the previous standards. The new presentation of the Hoi An coffee means it is very weak with too little condensed milk. It may be the influx of new faces behind the counter. Overall, this is where you will find vegetarian and vegan choices in town or be able to avoid gluten and dairy. The best mid range place in town.
