Dining at the Blue Mountain Hotel has been remarkably stress-free, thanks to the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, who are particularly attentive to the needs of guests with coeliac disease. I appreciated speaking with Xanthia, the young lady, who addressed my concerns regarding food preparation. Although she is moving on, her departure will leave a significant void. However, her future employer will undoubtedly benefit from her remarkable skills and dedication. Thank you again, Xanthia.

Directed us to the wrong 80th celebration in the venue (bit embarrassing, but even though I gave the party person's name, it's an easy and honest mistake to make). Ordered a bottle of wine, but thankfully the barman noticed it was the opened house wine, so swapped it to a new bottle, "clean" glass had lipstick marks around rim. Meals were nice, mine was ensured to be gluten-free, my Dad's specialised pureed diet very well catered for. but husband's and brother-in-law's steaks were tough and brother-in-law's was wrong steak to what was ordered.
