Blue Park Kitchen is always my go to when I'm coming through Grand Central (and FiDi :). I love the flexibility of making my own bowl since I try to eat gluten free - I especially love the chicken crispies (gluten free!!) the lemon ricotta and roasted chickpeas. They are great at accommodating food allergies and I'm in and out as fast as I want. I'm grateful to have a spot that serves healthy food that never gets old. The people who work there are so friendly -especially Keisha who recognizes me every time I come in!

Here is the thing- Blue Park is a higher standard of food vs. other lunch bowl places. Almost restaurant quality… doesn’t taste mass produced like Digg Inn. Very nice staff and consistent. I’m surprised it’s not more crowded. Good gluten free / vegan options if needed. Meat is carefully cooked.
