The food is buffet at dinner. They had the gluten free food labeled and had several options. Beautiful views of the sunset.

Three rooms of delicious breakfast and lunch options with one room dedicated to desserts. There were stations for carved beef, Eggs Benedict, omelets, and Bananas Foster. Two kinds of shrimp, Oysters Rockfeller, fried catfish and chicken. Many vegetable and fruit choices. Also gluten free and vegan options. Gorgeous views and attentive service...we loved it.
