Blue sakura Enschede - Celiac disease/gluten free Trying to eat gluten-free here, due to a gluten intolerance. You will immediately receive gluten-free soy sauce and a separate card where you can select 5 dishes per round and then give this card to an employee for the kitchen per round. The dishes that apparently contain gluten have already been crossed out. This is different from blue sakura in Zwolle, where you get a separate tablet with only dishes that are gluten-free. To my surprise, a number of dishes in Enschede were apparently not gluten-free while those in Zwolle were gluten-free and vice versa. According to the manager, this was due to the sauces used in the dish. In addition, were the fries and some deep-fried dishes in Enschede gluten-free? The manager indicated that it is not fried separately (separate fryer) but this is possible since it is fried at a high temperature. This is absolutely not correct as there is still cross-contamination. Insufficient/no correct knowledge among the staff. That's why I have more confidence in blue sakura Zwolle and I'm more likely to eat there.
