One of my favorite places to come and get a bite to eat when I'm in Lubbock! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their bacon cheeseburgers! The patty thickness is just the right size and cooked to perfection! They have gluten free buns which I thoroughly appreciate as someone with gluten sensitivity. My husband loves their green chilies and recently put them on his chicken fried steak. He was willing to buy a whole case if you would have let him! Honestly, my favorite thing though is this is where I came with my grandfather and it has just always been delicious every single time. Thank you Blue Skies for the special memory. 💙

The staff was sooo friendly and accommodating.. My nephew was with me and he has to have gluten-free. They were amazing and fixed all his food gluten-free, and were sooo nice to us. Very friendly!
