Blue Sky Texas

The staff was sooo friendly and accommodating.. My nephew was with me and he has to have gluten-free. They were amazing and fixed all his food gluten-free, and were sooo nice to us. Very friendly!

We've been eating at Blue Sky for years and have always had good experiences. I love their Gluten free bun option, however... last night our meal was disappointing. The patties were about half the size as normal, and my daughter's hot dog was cut in half (long ways), she only received half of the sausage in the bun and it was so dry it looked dehydrated... Normally we can eat here and be full afterwards, not this time. I don't know if they are changing the sizes, but for the price we paid, it's not worth it. If we want fast-food patties, we'll pay fast-food prices; not $40 dollars for our family of four. We can spend less money and receive bigger patties at Toro. Hoping this was a one time occurrence as we really enjoy the family friendly atmosphere of this place.
