We ate at Blue Star Diner and it was surprisingly really good! I had the DL burger with truffle fries and both were super tasty. My friends, who are gluten-free, ordered the Yucatan Chicken Bowl and they said it was delicious too. I also had a Caesar and it hit the spot.
The overall vibe was modern and upbeat, not what I expected from a diner in the best way possible. It was a bit loud inside, which might not be for everyone, but the energy was fun. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a casual but elevated diner experience with great food and solid gluten-free options.
