This food is awesome. 3 star is literally strictly for the absolute horror show of take out experience I have Every. Single. Week.
With such an established location and successful restaurant, WHY is your take out so poorly run and so incredibly unorganized. It stresses me out seeing the chaos of the unfulfilled and mismatched missing orders these hostesses or thrown at take-out orders staff members are unable to tackle on a random Tuesday. Your tiny shelf space and lack of waiting area for the multiple take out orders needs serious modifying. I haven't even mentioned every time I get my exact same order there is always something missing in my "sealed and double checked to go bag" that I have to go back and remind them to add. They always charge for it, but love to forget to physically make and include an item of mine. I'm gluten free and there are so few of you GF optioned restaurants in Fort Worth so I'm forced To put up with this unorganized nonsense every time I want sushi. Please for the love of god just figure out your take out and hostess stand customer experience.
