Blue Sushi Sake Grill

I posted a review earlier today buts it’s gone now. I’ll repost and capture the image in case it disappears again. I have celiac disease. I ordered lunch here to go online, I ordered 4 gluten free rolls with gluten free soy sauce. I got home and started eating my lunch. About 2/3 of the way through my meal I realized they gave “low sodium” soy sauce which uses wheat as an active ingredient. I’ve been feeling increasingly ill since. My receipt also shows I ordered gluten free soy sauce. I’m really not happy at that level of service or negligence.

My wife and I found this Sushi bar by accident and it has become our ONLY restaurant. We cook at home 90% of the time because its hard to find a restaurant in Spring Hill that offers great food, great service and a good atmosphere. Our waiter Justin was amazing and although we didn't have many questions about the menu, I overheard him explaining so many of the dishes to a table near us, as the had allergies, and also asked about gluten free items and Justin had all the answers. The food is simply AMAZING ! it is the best sushi I've ever had, and they have happy hour all day on Sunday. The employees are all very friendly, they make eye contact with you and smile when they walk by your table, and they help each other to make sure you have a great experience. My wife loves their blueberry Mojito and I'm just a beer guy. If have the opportunity to talk to the assistant manager Zach, please do so and let him what you love about the restaurant. It's what my wife and I did, and you can tell that he truly appreciated it. He had so many good things to say about his team of Rockstars that also included his upper management. These folks have figured out what it takes to make a customer want to come back. They are truly awesome at their jobs, and the sushi chefs are top shelf ! I wish I would have gotten their names because they are the best. To top it all off Blue Sushi Sake Grill has the best Ceviche I've ever had ! I could go on and on bout this restaurant but I will end it with this note: Justin- you're Awesome, keep up the great work, we will be asking for you when we come back. Zach- talking to you was a true pleasure, you are doing everything right, don't change a thing.
