Worst experience ever! I went with 2 friends for dinner and we unfortunately did not have a good experience at the Blue Jacket today. Starting with a racial comment made by the waitress about the way I spoke (because I have an accent) and ending with another rude comment about my gluten restrictions. We had to correct the order and the food did not taste good. The service and the wait was awful even though the place was empty. I would never return to this place!

I ordered the BlueJacket cheeseburger with beer cheese and two different IPAs. Everything was delicious. The dining room and atmosphere were pleasant. The service was terrible because nonexistent, so we wondered why we pre-paid 20% for service when we placed the order online. You order EVERYTHING thru their QR code/website. Why not! But, you can't fully customize your order on their website, so you need to request/order to talk to someone (thru the website). Still, the friendly receptionist who came was not a waiter and did not know the menu options (even if he was able to deal efficiently with the kitchen). Then the gluten allergy suddenly disappeared from the online ordering system, so we had to "order" to talk to someone again (still thru the website). Note that your request will be entirely ignored if you order anything free of charge: i.e., a water refill or speak to someone. You are stuck dealing with the water guys who do not speak English if/when they show up. I did get the feeling that the place had ZERO servers. Note that you cannot open a tab with an Amex on the website, so you have to pay individually for each order you make thru the website throughout the evening: for the 3 of us, we had 8 credit card charges and received 8 text messages + 21 emails!
