As a gluten free person, I am always disappointed to not have options. I blindly walked in to be amazed by 2 gluten free vegan options. I am not vegan and I usually don’t love vegan gluten free options. But the gluten free cinnamon roll cookie was amazing. Crispy outside, soft inside and full of flavor. I am hoping Orlando sees blueprint in the near future.
