Delicious gluten free crust! Excellent find up north.

Our first experience and definitely the last. We came to visit a friend in Bellaire and she highly recommended that we go to Blue water. What actually happened was completely to the contrary to her prior experience. Here's the comedy of mishaps: - We were seated at 6:45, and received our food at 8:05. No joke. Service was incredibly slow. In fact, we watched people at two other tables get up and leave without being served. - Our food arrived over a 15 minute period. The wings I ordered came the latest. - My daughter ordered rice noodles indicating that she had gluten sensitivity. The waitress was accommodating to help her with options. Her gluten free noodles came with a big hunk of wheat bread. Seriously??? If you have ciliac disease, I would exercise extreme caution. Controls are lacking. - My wife and I ordered the wedge salad which advertises bacon as a key ingredient. Both orders arrived without bacon. Only after I asked waitress why it was missing bacon did she admit they ran out. They literally tried to sneak it past us. - Flies were a problem when they opened garage doors - Pasta had been reheated. This makes sense in hindsight because our orders came in multiple phases over a 15 minute period. Seemed like kitchen was not organized. Just to be balanced in my review, there were three things that were great: - The drunken mushrooms were amazing - The wings were very good. Perfect crispiness. - Loved the bruschetta If service is important to you, look for other local options. You'll find better prices and equal or better food plus superior service elsewhere.
