There are a lot of gluten free and pepper free options if you build your own bowl. I love to swap out the base (lettuce or quinoa) for sweet potatoes and then load up on veggies and toppings, which is slightly more expensive but well worth it!

This is my go-to if I don't have time to pack myself lunch to take to campus. Lots of healthful options with a variety of fresh veggies, very filling, and they even have some gluten-free baked goods. Only downside is that it's kind of expensive for students, but it's no worse than other places nearby like Atticus.
