Bo’s

It’s actually kinda crazy I haven’t left a review for this place yet... When I first moved to bend, I had the unfortunate experience of eating bagels that were not from here. I was left feeling disappointed, disheartened, and hungry. Welcome, Bo’s. When they were hustling in the first location with a tent and a food truck on Galveston, people braved the cold with their pufffy jackets just for a taste of these bad boys. I refer to the time they briefly closed before opening their own permanent location as the dark days. But then they came better than ever, expanding their menu, now with flavored vegan cream cheese options, the best gluten free bagels this side of the Mississippi, the heartiest breakfast bagel Sammie’s you could dream of. I have nursed a broken heart here, met the love of my life here, giggled with my friends here. The kitchen staff is sweet, the owner even sweeter, no matter how crazy the world gets.
