This was an odd experience for me for sure. While I’m new to the gluten free world and claim to be no expert I feel like businesses should do better and invest into the process. It felt like a bit of box check when I got bagels in the manufacturers bag. I also ordered sesame but I questioned if they were GF at this point. They seem to make one and buy the other? Overall I’ve heard good things but my experience was not.

I love this place!! I highly recommend their gluten free bagels, they are the best I have ever had. I recommend the PCH bagel if you like salmon it is great! I also love the little plants for sale section you can browse while you wait for your order!
