My girlfriend ordered a gluten free hamburger because of celiac's disease. It was served on normal bread. She was sick for a month. The manager came over to our table to apologize, and to assure us that all other possible measures were taken, but this step was missed. They paid for our meal, and took my contact information assuring me that corporate would be in contact with me. That was 4 months ago. Unacceptable.
