We went for lunch because we really wanted to eat gluten-free fried fish. We ordered shrimp tortillas, cuttlefish, puntillitas (or puntillacas because they're so big), and a flamenquín. The truth is that everything was outrageously delicious, very well fried, without being drenched in oil. If you don't tell me anything, it's because I wouldn't even realize it was gluten-free, so I highly recommend it.
