I haven't been to the Nampa store for at least 2 years. When we walked up to the entrance, we were greeted by a nasty black grease trail on the sidewalk leading to the dirty glass door. Inside wasn't too bad, but compared to, say, McDonalds it was dreary and a bit depressing. Worn, dated etc. My wife and I ordered the deluxe regular hamburger from a person who didn't seem to want to be there. I asked for no sauce on mine. Hers was with a gluten free bun. We both ordered a small order of golden fries with drinks. The hamburgers were served hot off the grill and the fries dumped onto the platters as I went to pick them up. Both my wife and I were disappointed by the lack of quality beef. Chewy, sinuey and tasteless (except for the sauce that I asked to be left off but wasn't), it seemed of the lowest quality. The bun was good, as was the gluten free bun. My wife said it was the best she'd ever had. The fries were not hot, very greasy and not fully cooked. Limp and tasteless. To add to the unpleasant meal, the beverage dispenser was out of adjustment delivering too much carbonated water and too little syrup. The GF bun and the cheery fry cook were the only redeeming part of the experience. We exited for the very last time.
