Great fast casual chain. It was our first time here and my wife and I really enjoyed the visit. We had been staying with family nearby and had been craving fresh, healthy, and gluten-free food (wife has Celiacs); Bolay delivered! Looking forward to eating here again!

Bolay is definitely a win, when you're looking for a fast FRESH dinner at a LESSER price than some of the Fast food places! The build-your-own bowls are packed with quality ingredients, bold sauces, and great portion sizes. Tons of options for every diet gluten-free, vegan, or protein-packed. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, and the food always hits. My go to? Sweet Potato Noodles, Jasmine Rice, Tereyaki Chicken, Garlicky Broccoli, with Power bean Medley or sweet potatoes ginger sauce and those PICKLED RED ONIONS! YUM 😋So good! Something for the whole Family 🔥🥗
