This place offers delicious and healthy gluten-free and vegan options. The food was very flavorful, and the space is very clean and inviting. I gave it four stars because when I sat down outside to eat, the tofu, noodles, and black rice were already cold. Hopefully, management can look into this, as no one really enjoys eating cold food—unless it’s meant to be, like a salad. Update: I wish I could go back to this place, but unfortunately, I was sick for the rest of the day after eating here. I’m very sensitive to gluten and dairy, and I’m not sure what was in my meal that caused such a bad reaction. Sadly, I was unwell the entire day.

I really loved the customer service. The staff were amazing, especially Cynthia! The food was excellent. I’ve just started eating gluten free I’m glad Bolay is here, This restaurant makes me feel better about my new lifestyle!

It's a great place to eat if you have health issues. Gluten or vegan, it's okay to pick your choice of food.
