Bolay, I love you. I just wrapped up a very long and unexpected stay in Florida and I found that there was nearly nothing safe for celiacs where I was.. until I found Bolay. A celiac paradise. Fresh, flavorful, choices. The glass noodles and teriyaki chicken, hallelujah! Soft, chewy GLUTEN FREE cookies!! The staff are so patient, informed, and friendly! I will miss Bolay very much. Thank you for existing. Now please, expand nationwide! 💖💖💖

The restaurant is gluten free so if your not familiar with that you may not like the noodles. A bit skimpy with the meat and definately with the sauce which they admit they don't fill the container fully. The music is way too loud at this location so take out is a must. But overall the food is flavorful and staff usually is friendly.

Excellent place! Being GF is a huge bonus for me since I’m celiac. Love the cookies! Specifically the chia seed pudding!!! Highly recommend.
