Wow. One of the best gluten free crusts I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I got takeout, and I think that was a good choice. The atmosphere is a bit small inside and could get loud if there are lots of people. Back to the GF crust!! I swear they have some sort of magic ingredient to make this so good. Usually, GF crust is small, thin, dry, grainy, and burnt. I was so happy when the crust I bit into was light, airy, and soft. So refreshing!!! There were even air bubbles in the crust (see pictures)?? Didn’t know gf crust could do that. Tastes almost like a croissant. The pepperoni was phenomenal, salty and fatty as it should be. The tomato sauce was so tasty and light and fresh, you could tell they make it from scratch. The amount of cheese can be overwhelming, but I loved it. See video for a cheese pull! I will definitely grab takeout from here again. Excited to try other pizzas, but the pepperoni is so darn good.
