We’ve enjoyed having Julian as our server at Bonefish Grill multiple times, and he consistently delivers a great experience. He has such a friendly personality and strikes the perfect balance—checking in and chatting just enough to make us feel welcome without ever being intrusive. I need gluten free menu options and Julian's always been especially helpful and knowledgeable when guiding me through the gluten friendly menu selections, which I truly appreciate. Last night I had the Lily's chicken for the 1st time and it was amazingly delicious. Julian also recommended the blueberry crème brûlée for dessert, and it was the best creme brulee I've ever had. The blueberries were frozen and sugar coated too. We always look forward to coming back and hope to be seated in Julian's section again.
