Bonefish Grill

If you have any allergy, DO NOT EAT HERE. I have a gluten allergy and they told me what i had was gluten free - even had a gluten free menu which made me feel safe. I was in their bathroom sick before i even left. The entire night i was sick from here. My husband and i got the same thing (i asked for them to be careful with mine and cross contamination which they confirmed they would). My husband and i ordered the same thing (his without allergy). They bring our dishes out and the rest of our parties food. There was not a single difference and didn’t know which one was my husband or mine. They said “well they’re both gluten free!” There was no differentiator between dishes - so clearly didn’t take ANY precaution with mine and i paid the price. Do not offer gluten free menus if you do not take it seriously. I eat out a lot and i know there are risks but this is my first time being glutened in 4 years. There was NO CARE from the chef or kitchen.

My family and I come here a lot, they have something for everyone. We have a few people who are gluten free and they are so great at accommodating their allergies and the kids love it too. Shout out to Brandi the waitress she's our favorite, she is always so attentive and kind no matter how busy they are she doesn't skip a beat. The salmon, crab cakes & calamari are so fresh and tasty ant the desserts are delicious too. They even give you warm bread with an olive oil /pesto dip, yum! We all leave so happy and full from Bonefish Orland Park!
