Stopped here for dinner on Xmas Eve on a road trip south. Exceeded expectations for a chain restaurant. Everyone very friendly and good food, albeit a little pricy. Great gluten free menu.

Bonefish has good food and it's reliable. The service and staff were friendly and the manager was engaging. I am surprised that they do not have a gluten free option for anything, and the staff isn't trained in any way on gluten allergies. My wife ordered a dish that ended up having bread crumbs added to it, AFTER we had talked with our server and the manager about it. That said they rectified the problem and were genuinely apologetic about the mishap. If they still had the Saucy Shrimp I might give them their 5th star back.
