Bonu' Taverna Italiana

DOES NOT DISAPPOINT - Amazing! We were on the way back from Miami and wanting some good Italian 🇮🇹 and a friend suggested Bonu. The service was fantastic, the food was fresh and the downtown St. Pete atmosphere was perfect for a little dinner date. I would highly recommend and suggest you try it out if you’re an Italian food fan. We had the calamari to start, and then chicken parm and the gluten free pasta is why my wife had. CHECK THEM OUT!

Bonu’ Taverna Italiana is a quaint Italian bistro with superb pizza, which includes fresh ingredients and a Gluten-Free tolerant crust without enriched flour that is a delight. The management is focused on an excellent dining experience. Well after being seated in the back area of the restaurant, the manager approached and offered to seat us in the main area, which was much appreciated. We declined the move but found the staff to be very thoughtful and attentive. To be sure, the pizzas are expensive but they’re unique and crafted for superb taste and presentation. Well done!

Amazing pesto, and gluten free noodles... My wife didn't get sick, so they are celiac safe gf. (We asked for gf water, like we do everywhere.)
