I will start by saying im not normally somebody that places reviews, as I manage and work in customer service. With that, I have a deep understanding that we're all human, and we all make mistakes. As of late, Boomers has been an extreme disappointment. The last 4 times I have ordered over the phone my wifes order is wrong one way or the other. (Typically the gluten or cheese, both of which my wife can not have) Mushroom and Swiss, on a gluten free bun, no cheese and special sauce on the side. One of those requests is wrong everytime. I've taken on the habbit to check in the car before departing 30 minutes home. I made the mistake of not this time. I called and asked for a refund back to my card, as I was not going to drive another 30 minutes to get cash, which is apparently all that they offer unless management is there. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he is only there at opening (11am) and leaves in the afternoon (12pm) and not there on the weekends, which is fri-sun. That is the root of the problem right there. Lack of management and quality control. It's sad to see what Boomers has come too. I will not be going back.
