We found this googling for places with a solid gluten free game for our celiac daughter and it exceeded our expectations. Trifecta of GF: Dedicated fryer, gluten free bun and bread and even breaded options like chicken karaage made with rice batter and deep fried in dedicated fryer. Yum. Non gf delish too, recommend Filipino options. Oliver our server was awesome and made perfect recommendations and took good care of our gluten free diner. Nice Surprise in the busy Palm Springs food scene.
